There are many people who think that God does not exist. There have been prevailing philosophical arguments about whether God really exists or not. These philosophical arguments are not observed. They are the thought that many people view differently depending on where they live and what kind culture and religion they believe. There is no specific religious Supreme Deity. Birnbaum argues that “whenever the Torah, according to what appears from the external meaning of its words, disagrees with somethings which are clear form the point of view of Philosophic Though. It is proper that we should interpret them in a manner which is in agreement with Philosophic Thought.” Since long time ago, people tend to think that there must be a perfect being, and that perfect being has to be God. The existence of God is just obvious because there is something that is perfect and special. That something holy is not hero, not warrior. It must be God. By believing and agreeing with that one Philosophic Thought, there won’t be any war. Birnbaum continues that “In this way none of the tenets of (our) revealed religion will be destroyed.”
Another example of the Philosophical Thought is that people believe that something must have created this Universe so that we exist. We are thought by the nome that everything results from a cause. There should be reason for every event. Birnbaum states that “the lord informed us that complete clarification will come to us if we search and reason in every phase of the revelation.” I wonder if God informed that ultimate elucidation, because he wanted us to seek for God. He might want to actually “inform” of His existence. There is no end to this unfinished question about God’s existence. But, if this universe is infinite, an infinite cause does not make sense itself. There must be something all powerful. Birnbaum mentions that “as a result of this moral and intellectual refinement, a preliminary conditioning for the actions of the higher spiritual influence, there developed in Jewish people the inclination to pursue the study and cultivation of nature.”
21st century is all about technology and computer systems. So I will use them as an example to explain how God exists in this world. Think that if I am a computer, then I know what you search for, what kind of information you get everyday, and what kind of conversations you share with your families, friends, and colleagues. Once you log into your computer or laptop, the computer is the controller. He knows everything about you. As the computer is being all-powerful, I think that God is the same way. He might know everything about us. We just do not have a choice to believe him or not. Birnbaum cites “Kook, The Light of Penitence, in Bokser, Abraham Isaac Kook, p291 Cf.” We might have to wonder “the hidden secrets of the universe” to seek for God. That question will be infinite and there will not be the end.

The trivialities of life.
많은 사람들은 여전히 신이 정말로 존재하고 있는지에대해 논쟁을 한다. 신이 존재하는지 안하는지에대한 철학적인 다양한 관점들은 만연하다. 이러한 철학적인 논쟁들은 관찰되거나 과학적으로 증명 되지는 않았다. 이런한 철학적인 논쟁들은 그저 많은 사람들의 다양한 생각들일 뿐이다. 그 생각들은 그들이 사는 지역과 어떤 문화를 가지고있고 어떠한 종교를 믿느냐에 따라 또 달라지게 된다. 사실상, 신이라고 해서 특별한 종교가있는것이 아니다. 범바움은 “철학적인 생각의 관점에대해 동의하지않는경우가 있지만 우리는 그 처학적인 관점들을 이해해서 동의해야한다”라고 설명한다. 아주 오래전부터 사람들은 완전한 존재가 있을것이다라고 생각했고 그 신에대한 존재는 분명 하다 왜냐하면 완벽한것은 신뿐이기 때문이다. 이러한 신성한것은 영웅일수 없고 또한 장군일수없다. 신이여야만 한다. 이러한 철학적인 관점을 믿고 동의한다면, 전쟁따윈 없을것이다.
또다른 철학적인 관점에대한 예를 들자면, 사람들은 분명 이 우주를 만든분이 있을거라고 믿어왔다. 우리는 모든것은 이유가 있기때문에 일어난다고 믿어왔고 배워 왔기때문에, 모든 일어나는 일에는 이유가 있다. 범바움은 “신은 우리에게 만약 우리가 계속 찾고 모든 측면에 궁금해 한다면 결국에는 완전한 깨끗한 답을 얻을것이다”라고 말한다. 내가 생각하기에 신이 우리에게 계속 찾고 모든측면에 궁금해하라고 말한것이 왠지 신이 사실상 우리가 신을 찾기를 바랬던건 아닐까 싶다. 신이 있는지 없는지에 대한 논쟁의 끝은 없다. 계속 진행될 것이다. 그렇기 떄문에, 유태인들은 그것에 대해 더 발전하고 공부하고 있다.
21세기는 모든게 다 컴퓨터 시스템과 테크놀로지에 관한것들이다. 그래서 나는 신의 존재를 컴퓨터의 존재에대해 비유해 설명을 해보겠다. 만약 내가 컴퓨터라고 생각해보아라. 그러면 나는 당신이 무엇에 대해 찾아보고, 어떤 정보를 매일 얻고 그리고 당신이 가족들, 그리고 친구들과 어떤 내용을 이야기 하는줄 알수 있다. 컴퓨터는 그만큼 힌이 쎄다. 컴퓨터가 우리가 무엇을 하고 우리의 일반적인 정보를 다 아는것과 같이 신도 우리에대해 모든것을 다 알수도 있다. 아마 우리는 그저 신을 거부하지 못하고 선택의 권리 없이 신을 믿어야할수 밖에 없다.
