comfort him
he has just lost his wife
and he feels lost
comfort him
for he has just lost his job
and he is secretly scared
comfort him
for he has just lost his love
and fears that there may never be another like her
comfort him
for he has just lost his dream
and may now be relegated to the mundane
comfort him
for he has just lost his friend to betrayal
and his roots are shaken
comfort him
because he has just lost his son
and his world has ended
comfort him
for he lost his faith
and an emptiness gnaws away at him
comfort him
